Seriously though, some people really think they can find an explanation to make everyone deserve their problems. As if the physical world literally didn't exist and those problems had no correlation outside the individual's soul or whatever.

As always, I read someone saying this, I experience a short flash of anger, I read that other people are angry and feel a little better, and then it all dissipates like a little pat of spume on the surface of an ocean of tragedy
When I was younger I used to wonder how the adults around me dealt with it, that feeling like your brain is becoming gnarled. Now I know that they didn't deal with it
