  • Breakfast: ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿž

    Lunch: ๐Ÿ—/๐Ÿฅฉ/๐ŸŸ & ๐Ÿš

    Snack: ๐ŸŒ/๐ŸŠ/๐ŸŽ

    Dinner: leftovers + ๐Ÿฅ› or ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฎ

  • Breakfast: usually toast with tomato. Lunch: sandwich, noodles, or whatever my grandma made. Dinner: same as lunch.

  • Oats or potatos for breakfast (depending on how much time I have), lunch is either a bean wrap or a veggie wrap, dinner will be some variation on beans and rice (rn now I'm scooping it into hard taco shells and topping it with fresh veggies), potatoes/pasta with texturized veggie protein, or three bean chili. I've posted pics on /c/homecooks@vegantheoryclub.org if you're interested or want ideas!

EDIT Oh right, they moved. ๐Ÿ˜ฃ Here's the old one /c/veganhomecooks@lemmy.world - most of my posts are there!

  • Coffee for breakfast and whatever I can obtain for lunch and dinner (Plant-based specifically)

  • Soy yoghurt with oatmeal, fruit, flax seeds

    Crackers with pb&j

Rice with lentils and tomato sauce

Diner is usually different each day

In between I eat some nuts, usually peanuts, protein shake and some different little snacks.

  • For breakfast I have a little bit of granola and fruit and lots of nuts. For lunch I have a carrot, more nuts, banana or orange, and pb+j or bagel. For dinner I have various things, commonly stir fried veggies with tofu.

  • Always bread for breakfast, almost always instant noodles for lunch but eat a toast sometimes, for dinner it varies but mostly pasta

  • Every day is different but these are most common:

7AM: cappuccino and a small cookie usually or a glass of kefir

9ish: Greek yogurt with fruit and granola

10:30 or so can of sardines or beef jerky

Lunch: fish with rice and vegetables

    4 or 5pm: protein bar

7pm: dinner, pasta with shrimp etc. small desert, ice cream or a cookie, maybe a piece of chocolate

10pm: some kind of protein bar; Greek yogurt/glass of kefir/protein bar/jerky depending

I sometimes collapse the morning meals into a bigger one like a bagel with chicken sausage, 2 eggs and cheese around 9
