The Ghost of Kiev will be a Ukrainian soldier who got killed on Snake Island after telling a Russian warship to fuck off. He is brought back to life by the spirit of Bandera to kill all the Russians who took over Snake Island. He then wages a one-man war against the invading Russians in an invisible MiG-29, and at the end of the movie, kills Putin, leading to the balkanization of Russia, which is a good thing ackshually
