It's so obvious that Zelensky is sacrificing his people for a PR win, it's all so cynical and disgusting. This dude should have a one way ticket to a war crimes court but we know those are a joke.

Zelensky is of Jewish ancestry. If he negotiates a (Russia-favorable at this point) cease-fire, that will empower the Ukrainian literal nazis to claim "the you-know-whos sold out the country." Even though Ukraine faces a serious threat and probably won't be able to hold out against Russia in long term.... I do wonder if that is influencing his "fight to the death" mentality.

That's where Russia needs to carry through on their promise to de-Nazify, even after a cease-fire.
