I don't exactly doubt this, but I hope we're keeping in mind that if a warning were issued, it probably wouldn't be in English (though it would certainly be translated pretty quickly so the point is probably moot)

No the warning would be in air sirens, which only went off about 20 min after the warning from russia which was not made in english
