You can balance it adjusting the rocket nozzle
just enough rotational velocity to counter gravity trying to pull the nose of the missile down though. and also the centripetal momentum of the chain would act like a gyro stabilizer insuring that it remains nominally upright.

I genuinely don't think that would make a difference. No matter which version of those you get hit by a direct strike is going to turn you and your immediate surroundings into salsa. May as well save the construction costs.

Fun concept but if only starting a gas powered chainsaw were that easy...
You see, if you fix the chainsaw ripcord to the bazooka and then fire it you can use the propulsion pull to also start the chainsaw during launch
Just remember to clean the fuel lines during maintenance as it can separate when left for too long, and press the primer button the correct number of times while loading, and then always store it upright.
You should be able to replace the heavy engine with a turbine mounted in the rocket engine.
Only if they're battery-powered. Carrying enough fuel to feed the saw as well as the rocket would be too much

Rocket chainsaw were great fun to use in Serious Sam 4.
I think the propelling force of the rocket would far overpower the cutting power of the chainsaw, making a sharp, pointy object instead more useful.
And at least make the rockets hovering, like in the shortfilm Ruin.
