It's just annoying when I go to post in eg: world of Warcraft. And find myself banned when I'm pretty darn sure I never posted there before. Like, I'm not a bad person, I want everyone to enjoy their life and not be bothered by others for who they are. Literally my view on the world but comments get misconstrued in totally unrelated communities and well..here we are.

Credit cards to avoid the US seeing your transactions? HAHAHA not gonna happen. Visa, MasterCard and Amex are all American and will share that information with whomever you don't want to see it in America. Not even sure if credit cards exist that aren't tied to america.

That said, best guess is 1-3 days for bank transfers of normal peon amounts. Rich have different rules, ie none... Banks typically have batches processed daily. Sending bank sends mo ey, closes batch. Receiving bank gets money, processes and waits for sending bank to close batch. Then they close their batch and apply funds after confirmation. Or something along those lines.
