The user selects some text with the intent to ask ChatGPT about the text, the option to "ask ChatGPT" is missing. After they've completed their query, they select text within ChatGPT with the intent to copy it elsewhere. At that point, when it's useless, the option to "ask ChatGPT" is present. The meme is mocking Apple for this UX oversight with their own slogan.

At the place I work, we use 10.127.0.0/16 for loopback addresses on networking equipment because it has that little familiarity from 127.0.0.0/8

For the parents - I won't say so much that they deserved as much as it was predictable based on the long voting history of the state. The children really didn't deserve it, though.
