Wow - Those cubes became unclear a lot faster by Doing.
Clearly (heh 😅) Thinking is the better strategy…
Oh no - not dihydrogen monoxide
😱😱😱
You can’t really generalize. It matters as much as the person you’re talking to or about thinks it matters.
If they don’t care; fine. But most people want to be properly gendered.
In most discussions here it’s not really relevant or important but it’s simple enough to use gender neutral pronouns when someone’s gender is unknown
When Trump says “most people” he’s talking about himself.
“We’ve done the hard work of letting Dems do the hard work while we take credit for it.”
Our town only has two theaters and only this one has assigned seats. It’s only showing this, that Reagan movie and Beetlejuice. I couldn’t find any seats that had been sold…
However my wife and I went to see Deadpool a week or two ago and the theater was as full as I’ve seen a theater since Covid.
Not sure what my point is?
But, ‘Yes!’ Also ‘No!’…
In conclusion, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think you still have to buy a specific seat if you buy at the theater otherwise it would break the system if anyone did buy an assigned seat after you.
I just checked the 9pm showing and it’s still showing an empty theater 3 min before start.
To be clear:
The ‘x’ seats are ‘taken’
The 🟦 seats are ‘available’
ETA As many have pointed out, since these same two seats are blocked for every showing, I believe it’s because they’re broken; not sold.
And even further, only those exact same two seats are ‘taken’ for every single showing.
I thought for sure the after church showings tomorrow would be at least somewhat full, but nope.
How long ‘til this becomes a GOP plank?
Here’s an Imgur upload which I should have done in the first place, but I didn’t know how bad lemmy would compress it:

So then you don't think I'm a troll?
You have a serious reading comprehension problem. It scares me that your paraeducator for kids.
I told you that the mods don't think I'm a troll
Ok? That’s what I said before you even joined the conversation. So did you think you were adding anything of value here?
Once again you intentionally miss the point. It’s your core competency.
As it stands, If I want to view a post in the browser, I can use the ‘Copy’ option which gives me the comment or post’s URL and have to manually launch the browser, paste, and go.
So not the end of the world or anything, but a little annoying on the rare occasions I want to use it.

Bummer and Lazarus were two stray dogs that roamed the streets of San Francisco, California, United States, in the early 1860s. Recognized for their unique bond and their prodigious rat-killing ability, they became a fixture of city newspapers, were exempted from local ordinances, and immortalized in cartoons.
Is it possible to improve the alt/accessibility text editor in the image post composer? I don’t know if the Lemmy spec supports it, but a multiline text editor would be great if so.
On that note, is it possible to preview the alt/accessibility text? I also don’t see where to view it on a live post.
Thanks!

Three caution points for Democrats...
- Trump wins if the difference between the polls at this point & the result matches what we saw in 2016 or 2020.
- Trump's more popular now than at this pt in 2016 or 2020.
- Dems don't say they're more likely to vote now than in May
