I read a review with 3.8/5 rating on a e-reader review website:
This means the device is essentially a hodgepodge of leftover parts glued together with some of the biggest bezels we’ve ever seen. The top tablet is pulled from the bottom of the bin, so it is maxed out at Android 10 and cannot be updated.
Cons
- Absolutely zero dual-screen applications
- Old tablet and old e-reader screen
- Stock Pen is terrible
- Only Supports Android 10
With a review like that they still give 3.8/5???? Sponsored much, huh? It should be 1/5
Being an insurance company is more a necessity because otherwise that low poly draft that they accidentally put on sale would be uninsurable
Switchbot is making that
This change ensures that all users exit setup with internet connectivity
And what if someone doesn’t have internet connectivity?
What's the problem, the car industry has 5 days including the weekend to move factories and all the supply chain in the states. Super easy. /s
Can you elaborate? Because the tax also applies on spare parts, do the car will cost 40% more to purchase (25% is the tax that the manufacturer has to pay, so in order to keep the same net profit margin they had to increase much more the MSRP) AND will cost 40% more to repair
In their case they're using a variant of Google for automotive, so enabling apple carplay and android auto is literally a checkbox on GM side
They're doing extra work to disable it because they want to render the car worthless when after a few years when the os is outdated and the user doesn't pay a subscription for maps
It's the usual rename and replace that Microsoft love to do.
"OneNote for Windows 10" is going to be replaced by "OneNote for Windows"
Why they always do the kill, rename and replace instead of just replace with an update? Each kill&replace operation leads to lost users...
The value of a private company is a number that can be pulled from their ass, right?
Before: there was an idiot that wanted to pay $54.20 for each of the 800 million publicly traded shares = 44 billion valuation even if the yearly earnings after all expenses (EBITDA) was only 680 million (data public, as required by sec) so the board sued that guy to force him to pay when backed down as that valuation was insanely high and the board would never get such a big golden parachute
Now: we don't need to publish financial data anymore but CEO says that the company is super profitable, valuation is back to 44 billion, trust us 😉
But the WWE bookers decided that Cena now is a bad guy
MacOS has an expiration date that in average is 5-6 years since that particular model was put on sale. You can continue using MacOS without updates, but apps will start to complain when you're 2 versions behind and it will be almost unusable when you're 4 versions behind. Doesn't reach ten years.
Microsoft noticed this and saw that people still continued to give money to Apple so they introduced an artificial limitation on Windows 11, forcing everyone with a computer with a processor made before 2018 to buy a new one or switch to Linux
"in this family we vote R since the beginning of time, we will continue to do so regardless to who's running for said party"
I hope they use that reversible redaction tool from Microsoft word
And they gonna sell it to which other countries?
he does not want to pay $1 for rain sensors and $2 for ultrasonic parking sensors, any price for lidar must be unacceptable
I wonder how they bother to change the photo with a very similar but almost identical one but always copy-paste the same text, isn't the opposite way easier?
Microsoft claimed that Windows is compatible with 32gb drives but that's not actually true. Those will get automatically filled by winsxs updates within a few hours. It's impossibile to use one of those windows mini PC with a 32gb emmc unless you exclusively use it offline for typing with a word processor.
All those $100 32gb emmc "computers" available on Amazon are just "direct to landfill" ewaste
Yes absolutely interesting and weirdly he put way more effort on the "irrelevant" part of the video (I don't think that the lidar cloud automatically becomes a 3d printable object, especially as perfect as shown in the video, with uniform and smooth rail tracks, usually that's a painstaking manual step)
well, the video is peak youtube, 19 minutes where the first 9 minutes are completely irrelevant, followed by 6 minutes of repetitive content, then the interesting part that made us click is just 30 seconds, followed by an irrelevant conclusion. It's more an ad for those two companies that lent the lidar than actual road safety test
