Is it weird I sleep with an old blanket I've had since I was a young girl?

I want a boyfriend, but I feel like I don't deserve to have one, and I keep alternating between those two thoughts which is making me feel confused. Is this normal?

TIL we need sleep because waste products such as adenosine, which make us feel sleepy, build up while we're awake. Without sleep we die from our brain overdosing itself on its "sleeping pills"

How good are amphetamines for brain fog?

Why do some people say "I wouldn't want a government to dictate what I eat"? This would mean they'd be against food safety regulations, would it not? Context was the idea of a government banning meat
