I mean, doctors are woke therefore agreeing with them is woke. If a doctor assigns gender at birth, the most anti-woke thing you can do is to change your gender.

Well, when you're a cis man, they'll find all sorts of ways that you're not a "real" man. But as soon as a trans woman even entertains the idea of transitioning, she will be called a man constantly.
I wonder if these people will ever think that transitioning is the manliest thing you can do then.

The manliest thing you can do are things only "men" can do. "Women" can't cross-dress in women's clothing. Only men can do that. So be a man and wear a dress. And maybe some lipstick and some eyelashes go a long way as well.
