Biden's was a pretty competent presidency if you ignore the little detail of Genocide, which, to be completely fair, the republicans have been pretty open about how they'd like to wipe out all life in Gaza and not stop there. In a lot of ways, he's probably the most competent and effective executive and cabinet we've had since 2000. He's accomplished a lot of good things, and it's a shame he was encouraged to stand aside for Hillary in 2016. Is everything rosy, peachy, and perfect in the USA? Not by a long shot. We've got decades of damage to unfuck, and Biden has basically just started the process, but at least he started it, which is more than could be said of his predecessors. Biden is 10^100 times the president that that fucking Bozo was and would be.
All that said, I think Biden stepping down was the right call for him and for the country, and I'm happy for him to have done so.
Biden has begun the process of unfucking a growing critical mass of open fascists, a looming climate apocalypse, a complete capture of the judiciary by far right Christian theocrats, an ongoing pandemic, record levels of inequality, a housing crisis, a crackdown on labor rights, attacks against LGBTQ+ communities, one of the most blatant genocides of our time in Gaza, and mass imperialism by...

...openly accelerating or outright ignoring all of those issues.
I'm begging liberals to remember that oil executives have names and physical addresses, and that Biden has full permission from the Supreme Court to unilaterally drone strike them, and start acting accordingly.
I have to do stuff and stop procrastinating eventually, so I don't think I'll be giving you a top ten, but here's a few that I know of:
Banned non-compete agreements, which is a really good thing for workers.
Started investing into rebuilding the US' passenger rail network, including establishing or investigating multiple HSR initiatives across the US (Atlanta to Raleigh, several hooking into Chicago, TXRail, etc), several new or restored medium range Amtrak routes, and money to help cities start new or expand existing transit networks. The US was built on railroads, there's just no excuse for how we've allowed passenger rail to languish for 100 years and just ignored HSR for the last fifty. It's a big deal, and there's a lot more to go, we can get into this more of you want.
The Biden administration is dolling out a billion dollars to support freeway removal initiatives across the US, to bring cities back together and reduce redlining by infrastructure.
Student Loan Forgiveness: doesn't fix the root cause, but it's a baby step in the right direction. It's more than students have got in a long time.
IIRC, Biden ended the policy of seperating kids from their families at the border. He's left A LOT to be desired here, but at least he stopped the cartoon villain levels of cruelty.
There's more that I can't think of ATM. If I want to procrastinate some more, I'll look them up.
I want to be clear, though, while we need much much more aggressive action, Biden's has probably been the most effective presidency in the last 20 years. Which is kind of sad, tbh, but I'll take what I can get.
Started investing into rebuilding the US' passenger rail network,
Started the process on building half a mile of rail by 2050. Meanwhile China is laying track like it's going out of style

Literally has done nothing, whatsoever, you're living in an alternate reality where the democrats didnt use the parliamentarian as an excuse to avoid doing something

No he fucking hasn't you fucking blueMAGA moron, christ
Hey you know what Biden DID do?
He lied about sending out $2k stimulus checks and only sent out a portion and said "uh that's in ADDITION to what Trump gave you"
He pressed the "covid is over" button 2 years into a pandemic which is still ongoing, directly impacting me at the time by cutting my food stamps by $240 a month to $23. Thanks Joe! And I still got covid, twice
He's still facilitating genocide in Gaza which he could stop literally right this moment
