I’m just a dumb kind of guy but it seems as though there is a reason, that being invasive species?
The Barred Owl is taking the habitat of the Northern Spotted Owl and California Spotted Owl. They want to kill some Barred Owls so that the other owls don't die.
Also it's an old story from last year. This story has been posted on hexbear multiple time and I'm very sus of anyone who reads the Federalist.
