I make considerable ammounts of progress on Bussu learning Beginner's Spanish, but the final test is locked by a paywall.

I checked their webesite/app, that was mentioned that all features require payment.

Do people not read about apps before using them or something? Thats so strange, if I wanted to learn a language, I would make sure that’s possible with the app before using it myself.

But is the test worth anything more than just a little ego boost and online award? Isn’t the lessons enough anyways?

Seen as you decided to add an edit that you were returning to Duolingo, what exactly is your goal because it certainly isn't to effective learn any language.

6 months ago you asked Lemmy for more effective alternatives to Duolingo and people gave you lots of alternatives that are a lot more effective including myself recommending Busuu and others recommending language transfer, both of which piss all over Duolingo which is utter trash.

You make so many posts on Lemmy but then rarely actually interact with them further beyond the initial drivel you spout, when you do receive advice after asking for it it seems you just ignore it anyway so what is the point?

I'd you're looking g for another app, try Language Transfer. I've personally never used it but everybody says that it's the best

Your UI looks like you're using iOS. In the app store, at the bottom of the page for each app is a list of items available for purchase in the app. You can look at that list before even deciding to download anything. Sometimes the listing's are vague and just say something like "membership". In that case, for a language learning app, you can assume it is to unlock "certificates".
