This is one of those areas where modern AI might actually come in handy. Let it go through every bodycam for every incident and write the report without the bias of the officer on duty. And it could go through the archive of all footage to help build better statistics than this self-reported data.
Yeah, it’d have to be an openly auditable model, obviously.
Is a killer a good person?
Well yeah, sometimes! It is very context dependent.
Ehhh, anime fans aren’t responsible for the production of dubious content. I think it’s safe to put blame on the creators too.
Plantation never was the dirty word in history. Slavery is the dirty word.
Not all AI is made equally. There are locally-run Apache licensed LLMs.
It absolutely doesn’t. The only model that has “gone nuts” is Grok, and that’s because of malicious code pushed specifically for the purpose of spreading propaganda.
Plus, other space companies are starting to do interesting stuff too. SpaceX isn’t the only player in new space any more.
Yeah, there’s no reason why this should be anywhere except the browser level.
No. You need authoritative sources instead of “trust me bro.” Write an actually well-researched and cited post and people will usually listen regardless of the age of your account.
Solution: give the guns to kids and send them off to war.
That’s because they’re looking for confirmation, not truth.
It’s not so much that they’re dumb (even if they are), it’s that they’re stubborn and unwilling to change their mind.
A standard Hallmark movie, but it keeps getting increasingly unhinged and disjointed. Could be a masterpiece… or more likely just trash as you’d expect.
Great game, highly recommend picking it up if you like horror and puzzle platformers.
Here’s what we know so far:

Why is journalism like this?
You’re telling me that there’s a constant jet of hot air coming out as the CPU fans do their job?
AI, please write my thesis in the style of Shakespeare. Good luck detecting THAT as AI writing.
2 person classes would be a dream compared to the overburdened 30+ person classes of today. You get half of a private tutor? Hell yeah.
Unpopular opinion, but some sort of anti-ICBM satellite network would be a fantastic thing for the world… as long as it’s jointly operated by a coalition of nations. It’s a problem when schoolyard bully USA is the only one who can repel a nuclear counterstrike.
For what it’s worth, if you don’t train for this you can get some nasty scalp separation injuries.
Okay but this would be a fun bit to go around neighborhoods knocking on doors like this.
