Science says teens need more sleep. So why is it so hard to start school later?

  • For what it's worth, my high school started at 8 am. I was more asking if you had a source for the claim that teenagers would respond to the changes by staying up later.   • It's definitely a good show, but I found the last season hard to get through. I think the season 7 finale would have been a good place for the show to end.
