Hetzner (German company) is great if you need to host a simple website or an entire suite of services without relying on big American cloud services.

  • I have a question... Currently, I am running a personal email server on a FreeBSD VPS hosted at Kamatera (a company from Israel, of all places). I do consider switching to the cheapest Hetzner cloud VPS plan, but I need to be sure that the following requirements are met:

    • The IPv4 address shouldn't be on any major blacklist
    • I must be able to get reverse DNS for my domain
    • If possible, I'd like to run FreeBSD on my VPS

    Can Hetzner provide this?

    • LibreWolf's defaults are too strict and slow down adoption
