I didn't know HOW bad Google search has gotten.
  • I use Ecosia (which uses Bing results) and it seems decent, although I haven't used Google or DDG in a while so I can't compare.

  • Smart TVs Are Watching You | Feisty Duck
  • Amazon Sidewalk?

  • It's great. I also downloaded DigiLux so I can swipe left and right to change brightness as well.

  • States by Population Per Capita
  • Mail-in voting I guess (in states that allow it)

  • It's on: Steam's Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Fest
  • Station to Station is one I might get as well. I was also thinking about Last Train Home, even though it's more of an RTS game.

Also The Crew 2 is on sale for $1, which seems like a good deal even though apparently the game is not that great.

  • If Reddit users are Redditors, are Lemmy users Lemurs?
  • An interesting comment from when this was asked a year ago.

Funniest one imo is Lemmegians (as in Norwegians). Not a very practical name though.

  • Where I can find updated guides?
  • It even comes with the engine! You can right-click on a node or property and click "open documentation" and it opens in the code editor

  • I'm trying to have a serious conversation here

A screenshot of a movie with two pirates talking to each other. The subtitles say "You can't just say 'lol' at the end of a sentence and think that makes everything alright". The text that was previously behind "lol" has been covered with a black rectangle and overwritten.

Ink - Programming Language for Game Narratives - Godot | Unity | Unreal | More

I was struggling with handling dialogue for a point-and-click game, has anyone tried Ink or other dialogue plugins? I tried both DialogueManager and Bonnie, and while Bonnie seemed nicer they both were kinda clunky.

Anyone using Godot for non-game programs?

I've heard of Pixelorama which is pretty cool, and I saw some videos of someone making a video editor in Godot. I was wondering if anyone else has tried making non-game applications in Godot?
