The Reading Order for both original and redesign is the flag equivlant of saying "we are Foo, we also made up of Bar people, also Baz people, also Qux, also ...". Because the way we designed it, Reading Order effects the message being sent.
Like someone else here said, treat it as an LGBIA+ inclusive queer and trans flag. Its how we got the trans inclusive gay pride flag but in reverse. Pairing the flags together, (mabe alternating between them on lamp posts) may be confusing but asthetically pleasing and sends a pretty message.

because I have an ideological bias tward liking this flag. both flags are a "Im representing myself first, shoutout to my homies and allys on the other side of the queer coin", that is fine on its own. However, either flag should not be the "default, genaral queer reperesentation, those deep and surface level alike will recognise instantly as its primary symbol" flag. It needs to be a new thing altogether. It gives too mush priority to one side, the posability of people being prissy and distroying the meaning of these flags by inspiring division in such a loving space makes me queezy. As the title says, I want to get into being more feminine with my voice, however, I find that I am highly inconsistant where I begin to slip out of it. I also dont know what parts I from my old voice should remain and what should change. It feels fake, like a unholy mix of micky mouse and logdotzip. Some of my best voice recordings make me excited but reminds me how fucked my default voice is. I swear, ive reached that voice almost instinctively whilst in euphoria and now cant find it again.
Hello! so my roommate is a SPED teacher. The school changed how SPED works to be identical to standard education at the expense of the 6th 7th and 8th graders that have mental disabilities. because of office politics and "Test Scores", all SPED teachers got assigned a subject based on "who would make the best test scores" and she (suspiciously) got the short end of the stick. she also got assigned a repurposed office room no larger than small bedroom with no windows.
what can she do to possibly deal with or go around the internal politics? if not, how could she change the room itself to make it at least tolerable?

For context, this video got me a little spooked about my current OS, I never was super comfortable with their "overnight update" style despite it being more secure. How do they prevent unsafe binaries from a rouge employee being pushed to the device, deviating from / hidden in its open source roots, I know manually self-compiling to validate is complicated and may get diffrent results than the official rom.
