Best part about Shitposting honestly.

There's the shitposters who post weird funny things and are here just having a laugh.

Then the awful mofos who think Shitposting means they can be their true selves and post offensive garbage under the guise of Shitposting. Then they get called out, get really offended/flip out because they didn't realize.

It's a great honey trap.

The same way a brand new crypto coin suddenly gain a lot of value. You bump it until you're not the last moron holding the bag.

I've been to Conferences have done this. Presenter, with a live chat behind them.

When you buy a ticket, you get an account and access into the conf site and chat portal. And Dickheads are quickly identified and reprimanded.

My experience as a tourist with Japanese friends...

Foreigners (like me) have a chip on our shoulders. That whole attitude of "Well guess they don't want my money" isn't really big there. Outside of Tokyo, foreigners get kicked out of places all the time. Often it's done politely to avoid embarrassment.

And a foreigner swinging around cash going, "Why can't I buy this" will quickly get a polite "It is not our way as Japanese", which really means "fuck off".

I understand what they're saying.

Like, I hate Blockchain and NFTs. But both are just souless technologies in their own right.
