What is this a reference to? I know the Radioactive Man episode but not the rest of the comic.
- Not a reference to anything, it's mashing up the GOGGLES THEY DO NOTHING scene with the scene where Milhouse comes out of Homer's mattress fort and says it smells funny. Homer responds with "no it doesn't"
  
  I can't believe I wasn't able to recognize a season 5 episode. I had all the early seasons pretty much memorized when I was a kid.
