Some say its presence on the seal makes it our national bird. But if we follow that reasoning, we could say that the pyramid, which also appears on the seal, is our national edifice.

Similar to how you might think the national language is English, but there isn't one.

I think the Democratic Party should dump the donkey and make the eagle their animal mascot or whatever.
