I don't think so. It requires at least some inherent knowledge of tape decks, that they have "head" readers and that those need cleaning.

My man’s a Rockefeller over here with a boombox with TWO decks. People of my caste were forced to record on a single deck from the radio. Just keep that baby on pause and be ready to run when the song plays. Rich people have all the advantages it seems…
