Saw these apps while looking at the battery optimization settings. Does anyone know what these apps are for?

The first one doesn't have a name.
Searching for the second one, TPMS, gave me results on Tyre Pressure Monitoring System. Didn't see any articles on android about it(Might be that I didn't search well enough too).

Is anyone familiar with these apps? What are they for?
Saw these apps on a Tecno Spark 8C, running Android 11.
