Suspects arrested after Moscow concert hall attack leaves at least 133 dead; ISIS claims responsibility

The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement posted on affiliated channels on social media.

Isis posted body cam footage of the shooters. Not sure if all of it was released.

Also was seeing the death toll at 145.

  Edit - Found it on a Ukrainian dead Russian combat footage telegram. Bit rate is garbo but it looks like even ISIL is full sending the whole weeb CS gun skin thing lol. Best part is the posts of air raid sirens and distant explosions from Belgorod, with the caption “Помста за вухо таджика”.
How the hell did the suspects let themselves get arrested?
- The most likely answer is these "suspects" have little to do with the attack but are instead usual suspects grabbed by Moscow to show that they are doing something and save some face.
  
  The real IS guys would have gone down in a gun fight and probably have suicide vests.
