A Florida sinkhole that killed a man in 2013 opens for a third time
The sinkhole, which reopened in 2015, has been fenced off and does not appear to be endangering any people or property, officials said.

Interesting thought. All that allows human civilization to exist is a small amount of dirt under each of us at all times.
We are 8 billion sinkholes away from extinction at most. Realistically, since we cluster, you can probably eliminate us with about 80 million.

In case you wonder, the man who was killed, his remains were never found. Future generations exploring the limestone under this location I suppose will find him.

2 1 ReplyWell, they're not staying in business there. Farmers just pulled out of Florida because it's a net loss for them to insure anyone there because of the extreme weather changes brought by climate change.
