Looking for new mods!

Hello everyone!

We are looking to expand the mod team a bit, so we are looking for some people who would be interested in joining us.

If you are interested, please let us know via a PM or by leaving a comment below. We would also like to know the timezone you life in, and if you have had any previous modding experience.

/r/genderqueer (until modpocalypse, protested despite resistance) ~12 years [Only active moderator]
I can spot slanted articles and sources pretty quickly, and would be glad to assist if selected. May the best volunteer(s) win!

- We expect one to join the discord or matrix server, read the guidelines and communicate with us if they have any questions.
  Aside from that it is just normal modding, clearing out reports and keeping the community clean. We will keep an eye out if you are not over or under-modding, and let you know if you are.

I was a mod of a small community on the alien site. I don't know how similar it is

I'm interested. I'm new to Lemmy and still actively learning about the fediverse. My experience lies in having watched the rise and fall of many platforms since the early 90s.
My interest in this case lies in contributing to a platform that grows big enough to be ubiquitous, open enough to be self regulating, yet responsive enough to address problems before they get out of hand.
