GPL is quite straight forward, with binary there must source. They cannot change the license. RHEL is fighting against windmills here.
And they've not broken that, RHEL subscribers continue to get access to the source. It's everyone else they've shafted.
Is it redhat or IBM?
IBM bought RedHat a few years back. Been going downhill ever since.
