Watched Lemon Cake's preview of it. All the gamplay is supposedly very good, sieges and warfare is meh due to a couple reasons including a meh AI.
The performance is sadly garbo. His computer took 7 minutes to load it, and it had noticable early game chug with an Intel 10850k and 64GB of DDR RAM.

Gotta start with EU3 to catch you up on the storyline. EU1 and 2 were retconned in 3.
