I honestly don't know which I'd enjoy more:
I'm leaning more toward #1 since she mostly seemed pretty chill on the rare moments the boys weren't destroying everything.
Edit: Ah, it's a 4 episode limited series.
One followed by the boys getting her cut off through shenanigans leading to two, then Hal tries to grow some to save the family.
Whereupon Hal discovers his love for growing plants, and gets super into it with Dewey.
Lol the headline made me think Malcolm was an active shooter in Vancouver.
Absolutely nothing can end nowadays eh? Gotta milk every dead show and IP for every last drop of fan money.

I'm pretty sure "reunion" shows have been a thing since TV existed long enough to have reunions.
Sometimes they do the big cast get together where a random celebrity interviews them. Sometimes they do a movie. And more recently we get our limited TV show run.
It's always fun to imagine where our favorite characters ended up.
Often it's more fun to imagine than to actually find out. Especially when the show is remade without several major characters who are too famous to bother returning, or dead, or in jail for something nobody wants to talk about.
There better be a scene where they have to knock on the neighbours door and as Louis goes to knock Hal stops her and says " I'm the one who knocks"
Remember when that "fun fact" about frankie having severe memory loss due to concussions was going around? That was pure bullshit right?
He talked about it on the Steve O podcast and IIRC yes, it was bullshit for the most part.

I still fall for shit like this because part of my brain is on the naive thought of "why would people even lie about that" despite myself also lying about stupid things for fun.
Sad part is his parents made his life difficult to build him a back story. I hope it was worth it.
