Several countries have recently managed to stop and even reverse the erosion of their democratic institutions. When democracy deteriorates, its fate is not sealed

I figured it out:

Democratic Backsliding happens when the people aren't completely united in-person in social groups, & online on good platforms/apps/wesbites communities covering their whole country that value privacy, inspiration, informing each other, action, & collaboration consistently

Because then when the people are fragmented the bad actors keep messing with the country until it is destroyed

So best way to reverse is to unite in every way, & collaborate on all levels all the time in-person and online

Notice the timing for Brazil and Poland comes with the period in which Russia loses the 2020 election in the US, and as well launches its invasion into Ukraine.
