I personally find it hilarious that they would rather beg than enact the regulations necessary to prevent the problem from happening in the first place
- That would require a basic level of intelligence and self awareness.
- Dismantling safety nets, regulation and government involvement in general, while encouraging rampant capitalism appears to be their main goal here. Are these politicians trying to make Cyberpunk a reality? It seems to be working.

- The egg prices where I'm at in the US aren't even that bad. I was just at the store and saw a dozen of the fanciest extra-large pasture-raised, organic-fed eggs were $7.99, and the cheap eggs were $4.35. Is it worse other places?
