As usual a great illustration of the cops real job - protecting rich folks property
- That is a lot of manpower that could be used elsewhere, were they actually a public service.
  
  As I understand it to be, these guys are off duty and have no guns in their holsters and they're getting paid by tesla. That's how it usually works but I bet these cheques are signed by the feds.

A 3 year old was dumped at a hospital covered in bruises and died. Suspect not caught. But I feel safe knowing they're out there protecting what matters

- You kidding? This is probably the best use of cops. Instead of harassing minorities they've created a human shield that will scare off people from purchasing Nazi mobiles.
  If tax money is going to cops, they might as well be doing the job of a protest but more effectively.

- No you cut the funding that goes to poor people, so when they start to revolt, you can use that savings to help fund your security to protect you from the angry poor people, and spend more on security then you would have spent just keeping the poor people happy.
  This is what conservatives call, "fiscal responsibility".
