The UAP Disclosure Act straight up calls them out as a place where this information has been classified too highly to keep it out of reach of anybody not involved. Grusch confirmed as much with his statements in the recent interview (we get more this weekend!)
@basketball stars That's an excellent point to clarify. Everyone knew about it. I am crossing my fingers that this week's disclosures meet my expectations.
It’s interesting seeing more government groups establishing pages on UAP. I’m curious about what is driving this and their motivation in creating public resources now. It could be setting the appearance of transparency. Or they may assume the NDAA UAP clause will pass and they’re setting a public narrative in advance.
Maaan, I'm really hoping it does pass. I know there's a whole lot of hullabaloo about it being removed in the house, but we don't have actual confirmation of that yet. I will say I'll be pretty pissed if it doesn't go through. Remember to call your reps!
I'm super curious about the motivation here too. We've now got NASA doing research, AARO, CBP, DOE, and who knows who else.
