The Google Pixel 9a is set to be released next month, as we revealed recently. The Pixel 9a is going to start pre-orders on March 19, and start shipping

According to our source, those purchasing the Google Pixel 9a will get Fitbit Premium for 6 months, YouTube Premium for 3 months and Google One 100GB for 3 months. This is similar to the freebies that Google offered for the rest of the Pixel 9 series.

I feel like this isn't all that interesting news though because I thought trials were commonly included with new Android phones.

Can I get the phone for less if I don't want any of that crap?
- Sadly I'm sure there's no such thing much like getting a license fee back if I don't want Windows preinstalled.

The fact that google can have a monopoly of their own services pre installed is cause of concern for the future.

Lol three months, fucking worthless, make it for the life of the phone and we can talk. If I got a 9a I would probably never activate this for fear of being charged after the trial ends.
- As someone who uses YouTube Premium, this title piqued my interest. While lifetime would be nice, I figured it would be at least 1-2 years, which could make this phone pretty good value for me. At 3 months, I agree, I'm not sure if it's even work activating.

Never trust google to maintain a service. Pixel VPN and the Pixel 2 year upgrade program say hi.

They include every service in the world, but if there is no headphone jack they can get fucked.

And let me guess, in order to get the "free" service you are forced to link a valid credit card and it will automatically renew without warning

And the Fitbit bullshit is a scam. They started charging me without a word after 3 months, took me a couple months to notice I was paying for a service I used for a week and uninstalled. Google told me to go fuck myself when I tried to get a refund.
