Fuck, I missed that. I liked the original Olliolli, it was a cool game to have on a 3DS. World was in the back of my mind as "might get that one day" (but too many freaking games).
It's still available on key resellers for cheap (including all DLCs) or HumbleBundle if your prefer an official key reseller (that asks for the full price though).
I grabbed it earlier today because it too was on my wishlist.

Honestly, at that point? I don't care about getting them legally. And I am certainly not throwing money to the grey market either.
I am all for supporting people for their work, but since Take Two fired the studio last year, I can be sure my money will never impact anybody who actually worked on these games. Worse, it might be slightly beneficial to those who let them go.
I know most of the time when someone looks for a reason to resort to piracy it sounds like an excuse, but really, in a case like that I'd give zero fuck.
If you're considering buying keys from shady resellers just pirate the game instead. A lot of those keys are bought using stolen CC info and end up getting charged back which leaves the devs having to pay processing fees.
Also Humble is a retailer not a reselller, they get their keys directly from the publishers or developers of the game, they don't resell keys they bought from someone else.
Wow, that is not in any way "the latest" on ksp2...
The KSP2 ip was sold to another company. All development has ended and the devs were all given a gag order, leaving them unable to even update their resumes to list ksp2 as a previous project.
The show is over.
Yes, however the risk mentioned in the article is that it might get de-listed too.
I suppose that would be unfortunate. But it hardly matters in the long run. I mean, it might be better. I believe the game is still available for purchase as an "early access" title, despite the unfinished state and completely halted development.
It would certainly be better to not list it at all than to imply that it will eventually be finished and allow people to continue purchasing it.
