Guess the Hyper key is due to make a comeback!
Huh, I guess I figured it would just work. When I nuked copilot forcibly from windows it turned the key back into your standard menu key.
What we need is support for the iopeners pizza key.
I want every distro to have a “we don’t do that here” popup when that key is pressed.
Or you know, map it to something useful?
nice, a dedicated Krunner button!
Isn't there already a windows key? I remember when they added that with windows 95
Yes, but this replaces the right control key iirc
ahh, classic micro$quash. "We're making everything worse! Now pay us."
This is the clippy key
Nice, more AI bullshit
On Microsoft's part, I guess. The support this article is talking about is supporting the ability to map the 'Copilot' key to whatever you want.
:) I'm lucky enough to have bought my Windows computer and switched to Linux before the Copilot key. But if I got it now, it would feel really good switching to Linux to make the "fuck you I don't want to use this and you wasted my keyboard space with it anyways" key useful again.
Yeah but it's a good thing to be able to use that hardware with sane software (Linux)
