Google Photos may speed up image sharing by letting you disable Quick Edit (APK teardown)

Although it's only been a few weeks since Google Photos started testing its new Quick Edit feature, the app may soon give users the option to disable it.

  • They could speed up image sharing by reverting to the old share within Photos functionality that was three taps faster than the new version, and by removing the utterly pointless "Image already in conversation" restriction.
