Federal health agencies told to halt all external communications

ha totally normal for public agencies to not speak to the public, who pay for their existence. tootally not a fascist regime attempting to control the narrative.. not at all.. nope.. nothing to see here. papers please!
- it includes a halt on publishing scientific articles as well, so there is a currently a moratorium on federally-sponsored research/knowledge being open source (which is like...the whole point of having federally-sponsored research)
