The "delete" confirmation popup is abnormally large

I have the permanently delete option enabled on the right click menu, and every time I want to delete something, this is how large it shows up.

. Is there a way to make it smaller? This is unnecessarily large for a window with very little functionality. Is this a bug that I should report?
