Each to their own, but I don't trust a game that used to be €350 and is now free. Seems like it was either extremely overpriced to prey on unsuspecting users, or they are doing this on purpose to hit that "best offer" metric.
That's a fair assessment. I wouldn't be surprised if Google didn't bother enforcing the legal requirements of how long something has to be available at full price before you're allowed to call the discount a sale.
