the relatively early adoption of 'woke' by English press and politicians has done a lot for us, really accelerated the natural lifecycle of the phrase. We had a solid decade and a half of chuds calling everything PC, and now woke may not even last past 2025. They'll have to find a new way of complaining that they've been asked to be polite to people.
