Totally possible, but politicians say a lot of things. Firstly, Homan has to be approved. Second, he doesn’t control the budget. Thirdly, funding cuts have to be approved and can be challenged in court. Trump and team are not the all powerful evil geniuses they are being made out to be.

Having lived there, yes. Even 10+ years ago when we left. We could still afford rent on what we made, barely. We wouldn't be able to now.
