Are their burgers any good yet? Last one I had was like eating bloody cat food. I'll probably stick with seitan burgers either way.
Weird, I never got that consistenc off them. I thought they were really good! Also, the sausages are great!
They do have a bit of a catfood consistency, don't they? They haven't really changed much IMO. If you didn't like them before, you probably won't now.
On the occasion I do make em, I normally squish them down in the pan since the outer layer browns and crisps up fairly nicely. The weird consistency is much less noticeable that way.
