I'm guessing its from the Sargassum Seaweed. Flesh eating bacteria is known to love it's little patch of ocean paradise.

5 0 Replyseaweed that's washed up is pretty gross unless you're a microbiologist. maybe a marine biologist, too, anyhow. It usually starts getting rank pretty quickly.
