I'm guessing its from the Sargassum Seaweed. Flesh eating bacteria is known to love it's little patch of ocean paradise.

- Well I'll be avoiding seaweed on the beach from here on out
  
  seaweed that's washed up is pretty gross unless you're a microbiologist. maybe a marine biologist, too, anyhow. It usually starts getting rank pretty quickly.
- Too bad there isn't another debate so Kamala could say they're eating the humans when referring to hurricanes.
  
  I'm too busy being confused by this to be cynical or mad.
