This is a tangent of that but I thought superposition was the state. The state of being some amount of many states at once. It isn't positive and negative at the same time but some amount of positive and some amount of negative for some period of time. It's still one state that is just somewhere between a number of states.
Often immigrants come to do very low-paid jobs so it's no wonder that among that group there'd be more really poor people and those on the dole.

For real though, I could at least follow the logic if it were for high paying, competitive jobs. Also, there is nothing wrong with cleaning, fast food cooking, or toilet ladies. All the more power to them. It is a fucking disgrace that we regard certain unpleasant jobs (that will still need to be done) as low skill, low class, and award them with the lowest pay possible.
