Seems like it would be easier and cheaper to just stop doing a genocide.
- I don't think the cost is a concern when they're flush with money thanks to the same politicians they're lobbying. And they really want that genocide.
these 2 countries were so intertwined in the past thanks to their penchants for apartheid governments that they literally shared nuclear secrets with each other to build their own nuclear bombs; one dropped apartheid and now they're adversaries.
