If they actually think they're going to release this game a second time and it'll work, they're morbin. It'll be exactly like Morbius. Another release just to flop a second time.
This game would probably require another 8 years of reworking it to be a game people want to play. Just make something new, something different. Maybe make something that has an art style and characters that are more appealing.
- Sony's still holding the IP for that Spider-Verse game Insomniac was working on... Just sayin'...
  
  I saw the leaked trailer for that and I was freaking out about the possibilities that game could have.
- Changing the character designs wouldn't require an all new game. If they can come up with a signature gamemode and better characters, they could have some moderate success.
  TBH I had a look at Deadlock's characters as well and frankly they're not that inspired and interesting either, but people really like that game because of how it plays. Still that's in early development so the characters could improve. IMO if the Concord devs make the characters hot, people will pay and play. I'm not saying that's a good or bad thing, just what I think.
  
  Do the Genshin thing and just fill it with anime waifus, it'll be a cash cow
